Thérapie axée sur les objectifs

A profound and more meaningful approach to traditional coaching.

Ursula is qualified in the psychoanalytic theory and method of therapy of Transactional Analysis and is currently undertaking a Masters of Science (MSc) in Existential Psychotherapy. She believes in the benefits of therapy and making it accessible to both individuals and businesses alike, and has benefited herself from therapy for many years.

For so long now, coaching has been separated from therapy. Two distinct approaches. Two distinct goals. One finding solutions for going forward, the other often dwelling on past issues.

Ursula profoundly believes that a mix of the two can lead to a deeper experience for the client and lead to longer lasting results. She proposes a dynamic and goal-orientated approach, combining both coaching and therapeutic techniques and practices in order to help the client achieve predefined goals.

It could be thought of as coaching therapy, or therapeutic coaching, allowing the client whilst always firmly fixed on the future, to be able to go back and explore the past when necessary and in security.
