Having built my career in international environments where leadership was often male-dominated, I developed early on a deep understanding of the dynamics many women encounter as they grow into positions of influence and responsibility. Questions of legitimacy, authority, visibility and voice often arise alongside the increasing complexity of leadership roles. My work with women leaders focuses on strengthening these foundations, helping them develop clarity, confidence and presence so they can lead with both authority and authenticity.

Alongside leadership development, I also support women who are navigating moments of transition, reinvention or personal reflection. At different stages of life and career, many women find themselves reassessing direction, reconnecting with their values, or seeking greater alignment between who they are and how they live and lead. These moments, while sometimes uncertain, can also become powerful opportunities for growth and redefinition.
