Ursula Gandhi

Ursula is a Paris-based British leadership and life coach with Indian and German heritage, offering over 20 years of executive experience in the field of luxury.

She specialises in guiding CEO’s, high-potential and high-achieving individuals and teams through change in dynamic, fast-paced environments, providing a confidential and supportive space for growth. She also accompanies artistic talent in their journey to unleashing their creative potential.

Having lived, worked, and studied across the globe, Ursula holds qualifications from NEOMA Business School, HEC, and the University of Cambridge (Business Sustainability Management). She is also qualified in the psychoanalytic theory and method of therapy of Transactional Analysis and is currently undertaking a Masters of Science (MSc) in Existential Psychotherapy.

Renowned for her authentic, empathetic, and multicultural approach, she combines strategic business insights with a deeply human touch, utilising a range of methods and tools tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Native in English she is bilingual in French, proficient in Spanish and German and has notions of Russian.
