For when the question is no longer only “what do I do?” but “why does this keep happening?”
Some patterns do not shift through insight or effort alone. They require a deeper understanding of what shapes decisions, reactions and relationships.
Without this, certain dynamics tend to repeat, even when there is awareness, and even when change is intended.
This work creates a different kind of space. Slower, more open, and without the pressure to resolve too quickly.
A space in which patterns become clearer. Where connections between past and present begin to emerge. Where reactions are better understood, and therefore more available to change.
This is not immediate work. But it is often the work that allows change to hold.
Because how you lead is shaped not only by what you decide, but by what you bring into those decisions.
I am trained in the psychoanalytic theory and method of Transactional Analysis, and currently completing a Master of Science (MSc) in Existential Psychotherapy, complementing my business and coaching background with a deeper understanding of human behaviour, experience and patterns.
