Ursula is qualified in the psychoanalytic theory and method of Transactional Analysis and is currently completing a Master of Science (MSc) in Existential Psychotherapy. Having personally experienced the benefits of therapy over many years, she believes deeply in making the value of strong mental health accessible not only to individuals but also to businesses that want to foster healthier, more fulfilled, and higher-engaged and higher-performing workforces.
For too long, coaching and therapy have been treated as two separate worlds: one focused on solutions for the future, the other on understanding the past. Ursula believes that the most powerful results come from integrating the two. Her dynamic, goal-oriented approach combines coaching techniques with therapeutic depth to deliver sustainable growth, positivity, clarity, stability and resilience.
This “therapeutic coaching” or “coaching therapy” keeps the focus firmly on future goals while also allowing clients, when needed, to explore their past in a safe and supportive way. The result is a deeper, more meaningful journey that enhances purpose, satisfaction, and performance: whether for an individual striving for fulfilment or a business aiming to build a healthier, more engaged workforce.
