I am a British, Paris-based Consultant and Senior Leadership Coach, offering over 25 years of ExCom experience, developing, building and developing highly successful teams and businesses around the world in the field of luxury including the LVMH Group.
Over the last 10 years, I have built a successful advisory and coaching business, accompanying leaders and future leaders in sectors such as Luxury, Law, Art, Lifestyle, Education, Finance, Culture and Digital Services.
Coaching became an obvious next step in my career, when I realised that leadership is not only about driving results, but about how one evolves as a person. And that this is what ultimately determines the quality and sustainability of leadership.
From my Indian heritage, I bring a sensitivity to inner life, meaning, humility and human connection. From my German and British background, a sense of structure, rigour and clarity. This combination has shaped who I am today, and I strongly believe that good leaders should embrace and integrate who they are completely, uniquely.
Since very young, I have lived and worked internationally – London, New York, Paris, Madrid, Athens, Moscow – engaging closely with people from across the globe and from all walks of life. I have built my path independently, often from the ground up with my share of successes, failures, hardships and joy.
This journey has required courage, curiosity, resilience, excellence and a constant willingness to learn and to adapt, to begin again, to reinvent myself, and to find my place in unfamiliar environments.
I chose to do a Masters in Psychology because I wanted to better understand behaviour and what drives thoughts and action beneath the surface.
I am also a mother of three young adult boys, and someone who has built her life and career through responsibility, change and reinvention.
Academic Background
Backing up my lived experience, my academic foundation includes NEOMA Business School (International Business Management), HEC Business School (International Executive Coaching), and Cambridge University (Business Sustainability Management). I am also qualified in the psychoanalytic theory of Transactional Analysis, and am currently completing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Existential Psychotherapy.
Trained in the method of active listening of the psychologist Carl Rogers, I am part of SOS AmitiƩ, a non profitable organisation where trained callers listen anonymously to people in need around France.

What I do
Leaders are rarely limited by their capacities, but often by their thoughts and their patterns.
I work with my clients, challenging perspectives, thought processes, opening horizons and deep diving when necessary into behavioural patterns.
I work on two levels: Assessment of Leadership Capacity – what is visible, and Development of Leadership Transformation – what drives change.
My work allows clarity in thinking, more confidence in decision making and action with greater alignment during a period of heightened uncertainty.
I work with them at the point where their usual way of operating is no longer enough. Not because they need more tools, but because they need access to more of themselves.
I create a space to listen, reshape, reflect back, clarify and challenge – working with leaders to sharpen thinking, so that decisions are more aligned, clearer, stronger and more effective.
I create a space where thinking can expand again and where what has perhaps been set aside, can re-emerge.
My work is influenced by coaches such as Nancy Kline, Bill Torbert and Otto Scharmer as well as psychologists such as Carl Rogers, Rollo May, Irvin Yalom and Robert Kegan.
Clientele.
A clientele which includes international CEO’s, high potential C-Suite executives, women leaders, creative leaders and leadership teams, who seek to grow beyond their comfort zone, aligning personal values with professional actions.
My practice is rooted in a dedication to working with those who are ready to invest in meaningful change. I am proud of the impact I have brought to my clients, who appreciate my ability to act as both a strategic sparring partner and a trusted confidante on their journey to greater leadership effectiveness, performance and personal fulfilment.
Whether stepping into a new executive role, leading organisational change, or seeking to deepen their impact, clients benefit from a confidential and trusted space for reflection, clarity and leadership evolution.
