I am a British, Paris-based Senior Leadership Coach with Indian and German heritage, offering over 20 years of executive experience and coaching, building and driving highly successful teams and businesses around the world in the field of luxury including the LVMH Group.
Over the last 6 years, I have successfully coached over 100 clients in sectors such as luxury, law, art, education and digital services to name a few. Over 80% of my clients directly attributed positive change, promotions or other professional success to my work.
My Five Pillar Development Model integrates psychological insight, systemic intelligence and measurable leadership development, helping leaders not only perform effectively, but align who they are with how they lead.
I specialise in guiding organisations and leaders in building more strategic, collaborative, fluid and data driven people systems.
Qualifications include NEOMA Business School (International Business Management), HEC Business School (International Executive Coaching), and the University of Cambridge (Business Sustainability Management). I am also qualified in the psychoanalytic theory of Transactional Analysis, and am currently completing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Existential Psychotherapy.
I would say that my work sits at the intersection of leadership behaviour, human transformation and global organisational performance.
Native in English, I am bilingual in French, proficient in Spanish and German and have notions of Russian.
Last but not least, I am a mother of three boys and a pug named Maggie, navigating the trials and tribulations of life with courage, humility and humour.

My systemic approach blends positive psychology, existential philosophy, and collaborative intelligence with years of business-side experience in large organisations.
A methodology which includes assessment-led diagnostics to reveal behavioural patterns, potential and blocking points; high-leverage development objectives aligned to purpose and organisational goals; behavioural activation and accountability to ensure a durable transformation.
The Five Pillar Development Model which I created, addresses Self-Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Systemic Intelligence, Behavioural Integration and Purposeful Leadership.
Trained as an executive coach by France’s top business school HEC, I propose bespoke coaching programmes that build clarity, resilience, and purpose, strengthening both capability and character.
